Shipping Policy
Once your invoice is paid, your order is confirmed and no refunds are issued. Payment means we've already purchased ingredients, scheduled kitchen time, and committed to your order. This applies to all cancellations, regardless of timing.
Changes to Your Order
Changes to flavors or quantities may be possible before your order goes into production — reach out as soon as you know. Changes can't be guaranteed once we're actively preparing your order.
