Ordering & Lead Times
1. How far in advance should I order?
Standard orders need at least 3 days' notice. Bulk and corporate orders need at least 1 week, since packaging and quantities take longer to prepare.
2. How does the quote and booking process work?
I'll send you a quote based on your event and guest count. Once you approve it, your date is reserved — the order is confirmed once the invoice is paid, which I send 1–2 weeks before your event.
3. Are prices guaranteed once I get a quote?
Ingredient and supply costs can change, so pricing may shift slightly by the time of your event. I'll always confirm the final price with you before your invoice goes out.

Most items can be made gluten-free, sugar-free, or both — just let me know when requesting your quote.
Is your kitchen allergen-free?
No — desserts are made in a kitchen that handles soy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and dairy.

Mini dessert cups and plated desserts are priced by guest count. Jumbo cookies have a minimum order of 6. Cookie boxes come in set sizes, and bulk or corporate orders are quoted individually by quantity.
