Meet the Team Behind Mikey's Cookie
We're a mother-daughter dessert catering business, started in Venezuela about 20 years ago and continued here in Salem, NH.
Our story
How Mikey's Cookie Started
Mikey's Cookie began with our mom's lifelong passion for baking. What started as desserts made for family and friends in Venezuela became a small business, and about 20 years later it moved with us to New Hampshire.
The same recipes and the same hands are behind it today, now grown into a full dessert catering business serving weddings, showers and events across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
The name comes from Mikey, Alex's son. After a speech delay, his first word came at two and a half years old: cookie.

She bakes each dessert by hand, with two decades of recipes and technique behind her. Nothing leaves the kitchen that she hasn't made herself.

Client communication & planning
She handles client communication and event planning, and makes sure every order runs smoothly from the first message to the day itself.
Together, we set up every dessert table ourselves at the venue. You'll be working with the two of us from start to finish.
