The ingredients we use to bake desserts are fresh from scratch do not contain any preservatives and are biodegradable, then, we can not control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process. Once delivered to the client, Mikey's cookie can not accept returns or exchanges making our sales, final. Thank you for understanding

Shipping Information
Located in Salem, NH, deliveries are available throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts, with local pickup also available. Deliveries within a 20-mile radius are personally handled, while orders outside that range are shipped via UPS. Delivery timing varies by location and selected option.
