Meet Alex, Founder of Mikey’s Cookie
Hi, I’m Alex, founder of Mikey’s Cookie, an online dessert shop based in Salem, New Hampshire. I work closely with each client to create mini dessert cups, artisan cookies, and custom dessert tables for weddings, celebrations, and meaningful moments.
While I manage the business and guide each order, my mom is behind many of the beautiful desserts — she has been baking her whole life and brings care to everything we create. Martin, a friend I met in college and reconnected with 20 years later, now leads our creative and visual direction.
We now proudly partner with Main St Prep, a licensed commercial kitchen in Salem, NH, where every order is prepared fresh. I personally pack and deliver each order myself, and every one is handled with the same care and attention as if it were for a friend.
